Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates Free standard shipping on all US orders $75 and over. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $5.95. Gift baskets ship at a flat rate of $9.95 regardless of order total.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery windows vary by product:
- Most bamboo home, kitchen, and baby products: 3–7 business days — shipped directly by The Bamboo Nook
- Select products fulfilled by our shipping partner: 7–15 business days — noted on the individual product page
- Gift baskets: 3–5 business days — hand-assembled and shipped by The Bamboo Nook
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak shipping periods may affect delivery.
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation.
Split Shipments If your order includes products from both The Bamboo Nook and our fulfillment partner, your items may arrive in separate packages on different timelines. You'll receive individual tracking for each shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at hello@thebamboonook.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Bamboo Nook is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us at hello@thebamboonook.com as soon as possible if you catch an error and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
