Shipping policy
Every order from The Bamboo Nook is packed with care — most of them right here in Massachusetts. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery windows vary by product:
- Most bamboo home, kitchen & baby products — 3–7 business days, shipped directly by The Bamboo Nook
- Gift baskets — 3–5 business days, hand-assembled and shipped by The Bamboo Nook
- Select items fulfilled by our shipping partner — 7–15 business days, noted on the product page
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak shipping seasons can occasionally add a few days.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your confirmation arrives.
Split Shipments
If your order includes items shipped by The Bamboo Nook and items from our shipping partner, they may arrive in separate packages on different timelines. You'll receive tracking for each shipment — no extra shipping charges apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at hello@thebamboonook.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot an error, contact us right away at hello@thebamboonook.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
