Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love every single thing you bring into your home from The Bamboo Nook. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — here's how.
THE 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns on all unused, unwashed items within 30 days of your delivery date. No hard feelings, no lengthy explanations needed — just follow the steps below and we'll take care of the rest.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Be completely unused and in its original condition
- Have all original tags and labels still attached
- Be in its original packaging where applicable
We do not accept returns on:
- Items that have been used, washed, or worn
- Items with tags removed or labels detached
- Items returned after the 30-day window has passed
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until your refund is processed. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
NO RESTOCKING FEES
We never charge restocking fees. The full amount you paid for your item will be refunded to your original payment method with no deductions.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at hello@thebamboonook.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and the item or items you would like to return
3. We will reply within 1–2 business days with our return address and instructions
4. Pack your item securely with all original tags attached
5. Ship your return using a trackable method at your own cost
6. Keep your tracking number and drop-off receipt until your refund is processed
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return — usually within 2–3 business days of arrival — we will process your full refund to your original payment method with no deductions. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider. We will email you as soon as it is processed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@thebamboonook.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required, no shipping cost to you.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or product, simply return your original item for a full refund and place a new order.
BABY PRODUCT RETURNS
For health and safety reasons, all bamboo baby clothing, blankets, and washcloths must be completely unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. We are unable to accept returns on any baby items that show signs of use or have had tags removed — no exceptions.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
While we do our best to keep our inventory accurate, occasionally an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. If this happens we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. If your order contains multiple items, the remaining items will be fulfilled and shipped as normal.
