We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, ownership and risk of the goods transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Returns are accepted on unused, unworn items with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Used items, washed items, and items with tags removed are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns on final sale items.

8. No Services The Bamboo Nook sells physical products only. We do not offer any consulting, installation, assembly, subscription, digital, or other services of any kind. No service agreements are formed through any purchase made on our website.
